About Sport Pony

SportPony.com.au is an exciting and informative website which aims to match children with their perfect pony, as well as being able to purchase the best value, high quality tack and equestrian clothing available anywhere in the world.

It is the brainchild of NCAS instructor, Leone Vining, who has run a successful teaching, training and agistment centre in Gidgegannup, Western Australia, for the past twenty years. Corbracagh Stables is a busy place with lessons running five days a week plus thirty or so agisted horses. (Corbracagh is pronounced (Cor-brack-ee) and links back to Leones ancestors who were farmers in Ireland).

Leone focuses on teaching children and adults from total beginners to Royal Show competitors in a fun and safe environment. A competitive B grade show jumper in her own right, she now spends most of her time teaching and bringing on younger mounts with an emphasis on establishing flatwork before moving on to jumping.

Her ability to find perfect ponies for a wide range of clients is also what keeps people coming back for more! Whether it is the gifted jumper, ultimate school master, speedy games pony or bush hack Leone has a knack of working out the best partnership at the right price.

Leone is passionate about ponies as well as the children she teaches and the ponies that they ride. This website is a further development of that passion!
