I have SOLD my pony or item, how do I remove my advert?

You can change the status of your advert by clicking Modify an Ad, and changing the status to sold.

You can also delete your advert. -  On the left hand side bar click "Modify an Ad". You are then shown a list of your current advertisements. Next to the advertisement you want to delete , press the delete button. This cannot be undone.

 

I need to change my advert how do I do this?

Ensure that you are logged in. On the left hand side bar click "Modify an Ad". You are then shown a list of your current advertisements. Next to the advert you want to modfiy, select the modify button. Changes will appear automatically.

 

Help I cant upload my image

The valid file extensions you can upload include .gif , .jpg, .bmp , .png. The maximum size an image can be is 400 pixels. The maximum size of image that can be uploaded is 1000 kb.

 

How do I add images?

You will be asked to include images when you place an advert. When you are requested to upload images, browse to find the first image on your computer, when you have found the image, press the "Continue" button. The page will then re-appear for you to add more images. If you do not want to include any more images press "Skip this Step" until you get to the next page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pay online securely using paypal, use your paypal account or credit card (you dont have to have a paypal account). Offline payment available using a cheque / money order. Please note that your advert will not be approved until payment is received/ approved.

 

I have purchased an item and have not received it

It is important to follow safe procedures when purchasing from any website. Ensure you have the sellers contact details, and contact them to let them know you have not received your item. You can request that the seller send the item by C.O.D as a safe guard or by registered post. Sport Pony takes this seriously and would like to know if you are having any bad dealings with members.

How long before my ad appears online?

Advertisements paid by paypal are automatically approved. Advertisements that require a cheque / money order will only be put online once payment has been approved.

 

Can I use professional photos?

Ensure you have the photographers written permission to post a photo of your pony. You may not post photo proofs of any sort. Ensure you credit the photographer in your advert. Sport Pony reserves the right to request proof that you have permission for any photos posted in your adverts.

 

What file types can I upload to my Product / Services listing?

You can upload pdf , doc, gif and jpg files.
